I have been dieting since 2005, I was successful and lost 4st, I then put on 5lb in 2006, 2007 was unrecorded...as I lost twins and didn't care about weight! I put more on in 2008 as I decided to enjoy life abit too much.... 2009 I was pregnant with Sam and now it's the year to get to target and to stay that way!!
