Hi everyone! Haven't been on here for centuries!..... but am having a fresh start so thought I would start blogging to see if it would help me!
I've had a baby boy called Sam, he was born on 12th Nov 2009 weighing 8lb 130z and now I feel ready to achieve my ultimate goal of losing weight and being a yummy mummy!
I went to over 20st whilst pregnant. I star ted my weight loss journey on Weds 30th December 2009. I was bought a Wii Fit for Xmas and plan to utilise that as much as possible (inbetween feeding and nappy changing!) I know that I need to cut down on my portion sizes and make healthier food choices and when the weather is nicer I can walk into town with Sam in the pram!

Hiya!! Ive been wondering how you were as we both found out we were pregnant at the same time! So glad it all worked out for you!! Many congrats on the birth of Sam! I had a baby boy on the 17th November, called him Kieron and he was 9lbs 5oz. Looking forward to following your journey again xx
