Well I didn't actually stick to weight watchers........ I ended up being more that 19st by Weds because I just lost my focus so I am currently doing my exante shakes in the day (being minimal) and a healthy meal (protein and salad) for tea..... I feel alot better for it, I started to spiral out of control and it's quite frightening.
Sometimes it's like I don't even know where the off switch is! I have had today a chicken roast dinner and some chocolate. Tomorrow I am going to have my shakes during the day and a roast dinner I have put by for my tea..............
