Monday 29th Oct 2012

So today i've been at work..... havent been brilliant food wise with choices but have stuck within my points....just!

Bfast

2 alpen light bars
Snackajacks

Lunch:

2 packets of ww crisps (seriously.... not good!)
ww caramel wafer

Tea:

Turkey Stirfry (alot higher in points than I ever imagined)

Snacks:
Mini kitkat
Ginger biscuit

I always feel so hungry when I am at work, I don't know why. I have made some good food choices for tomorrow. I have made ham and cucumber sandwiches on ww bread for lunch, will have cereal for bfast and a ww meal for tea, with snackajacks and alpen light bars for snacks!.... That's the intention anyway ;-)
